Florimond Desprez dedicates significant resources to identifying the requirements of all those involved in the production chain. These findings are integrated into the targets of the various breeding programmes, which are associated with the following crops:


  • Industrial plants: sugar beet and industrial chicory 
  • Cereals: wheat, barley, triticale and durum wheat.
  • Oil and protein plants: oilseed rape, protein pea and lupin.
  • Fodder plants: fodder beet and alfalfa.
